Colorful Porto Street

$250.00

This original mixed media artwork was inspired by a photograph I took in Porto, Portugal in 2019. The scene captures one of those lively city moments where architecture, movement, and color come together on a street corner.

The piece began in 2023 as a collage and photo transfer on wood, combining my original photograph with layered papers. In 2026 I returned to the work and reworked parts of it, adding additional color and marks to bring the scene further to life.

The result is a vibrant interpretation of Porto’s streets, with bold colors, layered details, and a slightly distressed edge that reflects the energy and character of the city.

The artwork is created on 11 × 14 inch cradled wood panel, giving it depth and presence while remaining lightweight and ready to hang. The sides are painted, so it can be displayed with or without a frame.
